Life Game Coaching
This is my long game.
I’ve spent years in international business – and just as many years racing extreme triathlons. Norseman, ICON, Ironman and long training days taught me more about limits, discipline and meaning than any boardroom. In Life Game Coaching, I bring all of that to our conversations – not as motivation posters, but as real stories and scars.
Why “Life Game Coaching”
-
Built on first-hand xTri experience – Designed by a 7 time xTri finisher, enriched with real Norseman/Swissman/Celtman/Icon insights about logistics, terrain, weather, and race day headspace
-
Coaching-led, not generic advice – It`s a structured coaching program to bring clarity and develop mental toughness - focused on your goals, strengths, decisions, and mindset
-
For finishers who want to reach the next level – Tailored to Ironman and xTri finishers who already know how to train, but now want deeper mental strategies, life/logistics integration, and honest, experience-based guidance for harder challenges.

Who is this for?
-
Life Game Coaching is for long-distance triathlon finishers (Ironman / Challenge Family / xTri) drawn to epic xTri challenges like Norseman, Celtman, or Swissman - or even Marathon des Sables - who prioritize nature's raw test over watch times - but need guidance to integrate the demanding prep without sacrificing family, energy, or life balance.
-
High-performing individuals who like effort and intensity, but feel that their current „pace” is no longer sustainable.
-
People that believe that mental preparation for a race is same important as physical one. The body supported by a strong mindset can take you much further.

Meet your coach
I`ve always been a competitive sport addict. It got more intense with life complexity. From small local triathlon races, to Norseman, it`s been an incredible journey through life
I’ve spent years in extreme endurance – Norseman, ICON, Ironman and long training blocks that start in the dark and end in the dark. These races have shaped how I think about effort, fear, limits and what really matters when things get hard. And this I think is worth transmitting to others.
In 2026, I moved to London with my family. A new life, but I keep a meaningful coaching practice where I work one‑to‑one as well as in teams with people who are in their own long races of life and want to run them differently. Being a husband, father, professional and outdoor sports enthusiast taught me to value any moment of my life.

How I work
-
Honest, direct, no „motivational bullshit”.
-
Structured – always adapted to your real life, not an ideal schedule.
-
I bring both my corporate side and my scars from the mountains, long races and meaningful transitions.

OUR COACHING JOURNEY
Life Game Coaching is an 8-week coaching programme designed for those who have embarked on one of the most demanding tests of their lives.
Mental preparation is even more important than physical. When the body is done, the mind takes over. And when both work as one — there is no stopping you.
Beside the 8-week programme, I work one-to-one. And sometimes, when I see the need, in small groups — for people chasing the same goal.
No pre-recorded content. No community Slack channel with unanswered questions.
Always a structured conversation, and the kind of honesty that actually moves things forward.
If you're ready for that — let's talk.
