Refund Policy

You purchase the full 6-session Life Game Coaching programme online via one-time payment. You can book your first session immediately using our website calendar at your chosen time.

14-day Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date of payment to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email dragos@lifegamecoaching.com with "LGC Cancellation" in the subject line.

If you start early: You may book and attend sessions within the 14 days. If you then cancel, we will deduct £200 per session already delivered from your refund.

After 14 days: No refunds for change of mind. All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable once the cooling-off period ends. Rescheduling requires 24h in advance and future availability in calendar; all sessions must be delivered in the 8 weeks from the initial order and payment.
