Terms & Conditions – Life Game Coaching

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Life Game Coaching (LGC) website and participation in our 6-session coaching programme. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Life Game Coaching provides 6 two-and-a-half-hour online coaching sessions delivered weekly online via Zoom/Google Meet/Teams.
Sessions focus on personal development, performance, and life balance for clients.
You book your first session via our website calendar; subsequent sessions are scheduled mutually.

2. Fees & Payment

Full programme payment (£1.200) is due upfront via Stripe/PayPal/bank transfer.
Payment secures your place; no sessions start until paid.
All fees are non‑refundable except as per our Refund Policy.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; late notice = no reschedule, full charge applies.
We reserve the right to reschedule with 24 hours’ notice if needed.
Maximum 1 reschedule per programme without extra fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Attend sessions prepared and on time.
Implement coaching between sessions for best results (no guarantees of outcomes).
Keep information confidential; we do the same except for legal/safety reasons.

5. Cancellation & Termination

See Refund Policy for cooling‑off details.
We may terminate for inappropriate behaviour or non‑payment (no refund).

6. Intellectual Property

All LGC materials (workbooks, frameworks) are our copyright; personal use only.

7. Liability

Coaching is not therapy/medical advice. Seek professionals for health issues.
We are not liable for results or decisions made post‑sessions. Maximum liability = programme fee.

8. Governing Law

England and Wales. Disputes via London courts.

Acceptance: Booking a session or paying confirms agreement to these Terms.
