Life Game Coaching

Who it`s for
Life Game Coaching is for long-distance triathlon finishers (Ironman/Challenge Family/xTri) drawn to epic xTri challenges like Norseman, Celtman, or Swissman - or even Marathon des Sables - who prioritize nature's raw test over watch times - but need guidance to integrate the demanding prep without sacrificing family, energy, or life balance.
Who it`s NOT for
Life Game Coaching is not for people who believe mental preparation is less important than physical training, who just want to tick a box without considering the impact on their life, or who welcome stepping into the unknown without needing support to embrace it.
What it solves
Mental preparation for extreme conditions – Complements generic training toughness with race‑specific headspace for Norseman/Icon darkness, Celtman cold, Swissman climbs.
Lack of integrated race insights – Delivers logistics for athlete/support team, terrain, weather, and decision‑making wisdom from 7x xTri finishes, so you prepare smarter, not just harder.
When finishing the Life Game Coaching program, one will have:
Proven mindset to accommodate weekly training structure that include family, energy, and commitments, eliminating burnout and resentment.
A race-ready playbook: clear understanding of the real technical rece conditions (logistics, equipment choices, cut-offs, course specifics, weather patterns, safety rules), so you make fewer mistakes, feel less anxiety, and can focus your energy on execution instead of discovery on race week.
Clearer decisions everywhere – Habits of honesty, responsibility, and depth that spill over from training into work, relationships, and future challenges.
Outcomes
What are the costs
-
Life Game Coaching Program – 6 x 2.5 hours 1:1 coaching sessions – GBP 1.200
-
Standard 1:1 coaching session, 1.5 hours – GBP 150
-
Weekly Group Sessions on Endurance topics - GBP 50 (ocassional)
What can cost you if you don`t do it
There are financial and emotional costs.
Financial - one race with all logistics covered - can add up between GBP 7.000-10.000, depending on the flight costs and how complex logistic is
Emotional - not finishing a race from your part will most probably lead to severe emotional scars, and you`ll probably want to try again. Another 6-8 months of fierce preparation and the thoughts in your mind that something can happen again.
You've already invested months of training and thousands in race fees. The one thing most athletes never invest in is the part that actually decides the outcome.
